This phone does everything it says it does and works great! In addition to stylish looking phones, the bluetooth functionality works flawlessly. We save a bunch on long distance and toll charges by routing all our outbound calls via our cell phones. I bought this phone and two additional phones mainly because I wanted to use the Blue tooth cell phone feature. I read and re-read the quick start and failed to comprehend how to get the system to recognize additional handsets. So if you buy one of these you have to make sure that you have the base station hooked up first. I received the handset one day and then the next day got the base station. I am very picky when it comes to my phone, I had a Panasonic (colour screen,talking caller ID, add yer own ring tones & pics) but due to an accident involving a mad child & the floor it is now dead. I read many reviews about this item prior to purchase and was stunned to find that many of the negative reviews had incorrect information. Either the information was incorrect or they reviewed the wrong phone. For example, one reviewer indicated the phone has no way of letting you know how long you have been on a call.
